This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and juancor3 ("Developer") for the use of Raffle Maker ("App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement and that participation in raffles is legal in your jurisdiction. Use is void where prohibited by law.
Raffle Maker is a raffle game built on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are on-chain and non-custodial. You are solely responsible for your wallet and any transactions you authorize.
Participation in raffles involves financial risk. You may lose the SOL or SKR tokens used to purchase tickets. The creation fee is non-refundable. Developer is not responsible for any losses, including losses due to blockchain failures, smart contract bugs, or market fluctuations.
You may not use the App if you are located in a jurisdiction where raffles or blockchain-based games are prohibited by law. You may not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the App or its smart contracts.
All content, code, and assets in the App are owned by Developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
Developer may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of tokens or funds.
Developer may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
